You're welcome to forward my comments to any prospective client.  For the last two years your company has handled my rental property.  I really didn't have money to spare for property management, but since I live in another state it would have been challenging to do it myself.

I must say that the fees I've paid you folks has certainly paid off.  There have been several things in particular that are excellent about your service;

- I get the rent payment on-time even if the tenant is a bit late on their payment to you.

- You handle routine maintenance tasks.  I've learned to trust your judgment on what repairs/maintenance is necessary.

- On two particular occasions you really earned your keep.  The tile in the master bathroom was coming off of the floor.  Technically the builder was no longer obligated to repair the damage because the warranty was expired.  But your repair person visited the house and noticed that the cement used on the tiles was the wrong kind.  You helped us push the builder to correct their obvious mistake.  After your repair folks showed them the evidence of the bad glue, they agreed and repaired it with no cost to us!  And then again later on the tile in another bathroom had the same problem.  Again, you helped us with the builder and once again it was repaired free of charge.  That saved us some big bucks!
