What You Get In The Homebuyer Rewards Program
There are three parts to this free program. Each is designed to get you to home ownership faster than if you go it alone.
This program has three parts. First, you earn money towards a home purchase when you pay your rent on time. Second, we educate you on the home-buying process. Third, we connect you with Home Buyer Rewards Program professionals who will help you take the steps toward home ownership.
Rewards
RewardsEach month that you pay your rent on time, you will earn a reward of up to $500/month* that is applied to the purchase price of a new home. The more often you pay your rent on time, the bigger the cash rebate on your new home.
Education
EducationKnowledge is power when it comes to purchasing a home. The more you know, the better prepared you are to make the leap from renter to owner. Over the next 12 months, you’ll receive an email and a newsletter each month with installments of information on everything you need to know about buying a home.

Calculate Your Reward
*Arlington, and Stafford counties. Other Northern Virginia counties may be eligible upon request.) and Maryland. (Some counties in Maryland are not eligible. Please confirm before subscribing to the Home Buyer Rewards Program.) Reward amount is based on sale price of home purchased and cannot exceed $6,000 per transaction. To receive the maximum amount offered of $6,000, the sale price of the home sold or purchased must be $1 million dollars or more. Reward subject to lender approval. You must be enrolled in the program and be represented at closing by an approved agent with a participating real estate firm in order to qualify for the reward. Availability restrictions apply.
