Assuming the landlord also wishes to renew, we will be in touch with proposed new lease terms. There is usually a slight rent increase in order to help cover the cost of real estate tax increases, higher condo/association fees, and other expenses.

If the landlord does not wish to renew, we will let you know as soon as that decision is made.
