Take 3 Easy Steps to Get Started Step 1 – Click CONFIRM ACCOUNT You will receive a separate email invitation from Property Meld with the subject line: “Real Property Management Pros would like to welcome you to the Property Meld Maintenance Hub” Just click the big blue button. Step 2 – Review/Update the Information and Click SIGNUP To set up your account, review the information for accuracy and update if necessary. and click SIGNUP. Step 3 – Login and Adjust Your Settings Upon completing the registration process your Property Meld Owner Hub account is established. Tips & Recommendations
  1. Bookmark https://app.propertymeld.com on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Mark sure you have a good mobile number in the system.
  3. Enable Text Messages.
  4. Disable the Default Notifications – you WILL still receive chat messages from our team and approval requests.

More Helpful Resources from Property Meld: Overview For an overview of what can be done in the Owner Hub, refer to Owner Hub Overview – Owner. The Owner Hub Dashboard provides easy access to the Approval Request Dashboard and the Messages Dashboard. Each page of the dashboard allows you to navigate to the Meld Details page by clicking on the title of the Meld on the Approval Requests page. See Meld Details Page – Owner Hub for more information. Chats can also be started from each page. Refer to Communicating on a Meld in Owner Hub – Owner for instructions. Approval Requests Dashboard The Approval Requests Dashboard displays all approval requests that have not been responded to. For instructions on responding to approval requests, see Approving or Rejecting Work Requests in Owner Hub – Owner. Messages Dashboard The Messages Dashboard displays incoming message notifications from property managers and other owners. Message notifications stay on the dashboard until the owner clears them. Refer to Clearing Chat Notifications from the Messages Dashboard for instructions. Meld History The Meld History page displays Melds for properties assigned to the owner. From the Meld History page, owners can navigate to the Meld Details page and start chats. NOTE: Clicking the title of any Meld on this page will take you to the Meld Details page. Meld Details The Meld Details page displays important information about the Meld. Refer to Meld Details Page – Owner Hub for a complete list of the displayed information. Account Settings The Account Settings page provides easy access to update user information and customize owner notifications.
User Settings On the User tab, owners can view and update all user-specific information, refer to Account Settings and Notifications in Owner Hub – Owner for instructions.Notification Settings
The Notifications page allows owners to customize the notifications for various actions on Melds, notification delivery methods, and timezone preferences. For more information on notification settings refer to Account Settings and Notifications in Owner Hub – Owner.
