5 STARS PLUS!!!!… Just wanted to send a note of thanks and appreciation for Cindy’s efforts last Sunday night when I had the “good” fortune of experiencing a Hot Water Heater leak that began to flood the lower level of my rented Town House. To be honest I had a very frustrating experience with the Maintenance Hot Line as it took 4 phone calls over about 4 hours to get a response (also, when you call in for an update, you have to give ALL your information over again) . It was upon the 4th call that I dealt with a women named Lee i think (I hope it is in any notes as she was REALLY good). Lee took ownership, kept me on line as she called down the on call list. When no one responded, Lee said she would get this going for me…within minutes I rec’d a call from Cindy, who was just FANTASTIC!… I told her what the issue was and concerns over any further water damage etc, and within few minutes she had a plumber lined up for first dispatch the next morning. Cindy was very engaging and personable and could tell that she really cared about the situation. As I told he all I needed was a response and a plan, and she was all over it. Cindy also followed up with the info from the plumbers and gave me her direct number in case the water issue got worse over night. I just sincerely appreciated her efforts and felt so much better after talking with her… again BIG SHOUT OUT TO CINDY!!!
