My experience was generally positive. A lot of the communication took place via email and text messaging, and Arianne M. was very proactive with that. She was also very courteous and polite and kept me informed every step of the way during my application and approval. However, there was a minor item I feel the other customer service reps could done well on. Before I applied, I sent in a rent offer for the property I was interested in and they promised to reach out to the property owner/landlord, but there was a lot of buck passing without any concrete answers until I got fed up and gave up and applied anyway. Other than that, I feel these guys are pros.
