ISSUE: Only Part of the Home

We only provide leasing and management services for entire homes rented to a person or group on a single lease. We don't rent "rooms".

However, if you have a legal accessory dwelling unit (ADU) we would consider that unit an entire home and be able to assist you.

ISSUE: Furnished Home

We only provide leasing and management services for unfurnished homes.

The market demand for furnished homes is very small. Additionally, managing an inventory of all the furnishings and accurately documenting condition at the start and end of every lease is not practical.

However, if you are willing to put the furnishing into storage, or otherwise dispose of them, then we could assist you with the leasing and management of .
ISSUE: Short-Term Rental

The minimum lease term for our management services is one year.

However, if you only wanted us to find you a set of well qualified tenants and write a lease for you, we would be happy to help. The leasing fee we charge for this service would be 1 month's rent.
