A Northern Virginia native, Chelsey lived in Prince William County for over 25 years and now resides in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Mary Washington, where she was a member of the university’s track team — an experience that shaped her discipline, teamwork, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Chelsey enjoys traveling with her family and is on a mission to visit every MLB stadium — with 22 already checked off the list.
