In early 2024, we decided to move out of state and rent our townhouse in Alexandria. From my initial encounter with Leesa to my touchpoints with Lydia, they have made the entire rental experience seamless for us. They communicate wonderfully, are very well organized, and RPM Pros should feel fortunate to have them on the team. The company was very competitive in their rates and fees and had lease in place within 72 hours of listing. If you're looking for a property manager in the NoVA area, don't look any further. Hopefully you'll get as lucky as us and have Leesa and Lydia.

Since our landlords contracted with this agency, my husband and I have received fast, friendly responses, timely, top quality service and right on time resolution to issues reported. Our property manager, Cynthia, is a gem! She responded to an emergency email I sent at 11:00 at night with the guidance I needed to resolve the issue with the garage door. I have also had the pleasure of working with John and Arnold. Both are top shelf professionals who exceeded all customer service expectations. We could not be more satisfied with this company, and as tenants would recommend them to any homeowner or other entity in the market for this high level of property management support.

Rating 5 stars only because of Arnold’s superior, first class service and quick communication. Due to factors outside of his control, our A/C was out for 78 days. However, almost every single day Arnold was checking and fighting for us on the other side. We are so appreciative for his help!
