Chad Hollingsworth is a Northern Virginia native who has proudly called the region home for more than 50 years. Since beginning his real estate career in 2003, he has built a reputation as a high-producing Realtor known for his market knowledge, disciplined negotiation, and commitment to delivering strong results for his clients.

In addition to helping clients buy, sell, and lease homes, Chad has personally owned and managed investment properties for more than 25 years. That experience gives him practical insight into maximizing return on investment, protecting assets, and navigating the real-world challenges property owners face.

Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. Much of his downtime revolves around youth sports, where he stays actively involved supporting and coaching his boys’ teams — something he finds both rewarding and energizing.
