Originally from Athens, Alabama, Elana brings nearly two decades of experience in the real estate industry to her role as Vice President of Operations at Real Property Management Pros.

As the wife of a retired service member, she spent 25 years living around the country and overseas, navigating relocations and long-distance homeownership firsthand. She has personally bought, sold, managed, and rented out properties — both independently and through professional property management companies — giving her a practical, real-world understanding of what property owners truly need.

Since entering the real estate industry in 2006 and joining Real Property Management Pros in 2018, Elana has played a key role in elevating the company’s operations. She focuses on refining processes, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring consistent execution across the organization.

Outside of work, Elana enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and traveling with her husband of 30 years. Life often revolves around sports and planning the next adventure — a mindset shaped by years of military life that she and her husband continue to embrace today.
