After graduating from Georgia Southern University, Leesa and her husband relocated from Atlanta to Northern Virginia in 2004 and have proudly called the area home ever since. As a mom with children in Fairfax County schools, she understands the communities she serves not just professionally, but from everyday life.
A Midwestern native at heart, Leesa brings a friendly, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic and a straightforward, no-nonsense communication style that clients deeply appreciate.
Leesa specializes in helping homeowners successfully rent their properties — whether they’re transitioning from a primary residence or expanding an investment portfolio. She guides owners through the rent-ready process with a sharp focus on return on investment and long-term asset protection, helping them make smart, budget-conscious updates that attract high-quality tenants and position their homes competitively in today’s market.
Since 2021, she has been with Real Property Management Pros, blending her real estate background with hands-on property management expertise. She also understands the unique needs of diplomatic and internationally stationed families. During her husband’s diplomatic assignment in London, Leesa and her family lived overseas, giving her firsthand experience managing a home from afar and navigating international relocations.
Outside of real estate, Leesa is a dedicated fitness enthusiast with a well-known love for Orangetheory. Within her company, she was voted RPM’s “Chief Officer of Fun,” a title that reflects the energy and positivity she brings to both her team and her clients. She and her family have traveled to more than 30 countries and are always looking forward to the next adventure.
