With more than 40 years in Northern Virginia real estate, Selina brings deep industry knowledge and perspective to her role as Director of New Accounts at RPM Pros.

Before joining the team more than a decade ago, Selina spent 14 years managing one of the largest residential property management firms in Virginia. That experience gives her a unique ability to quickly assess properties, guide new owners through the onboarding process, and ensure each property is positioned for long-term success.

As the first point of contact for many of our clients, Selina plays a critical role in helping property owners navigate the early stages of working with RPM Pros. Her approach combines practical industry insight with a steady focus on protecting each client’s investment and setting the foundation for a successful management relationship.

A Northern Virginia native, Selina’s dedication to service extends beyond the office to her farm, where she has spent more than 25 years raising and training Australian Shepherd companion, therapy, and service dogs. From supporting local police departments with therapy dogs to guiding first-time landlords, stewardship and service have always been central to her work.
